OUR GUARANTEE: All items come with an Unconditional Guarantee of Authenticity. With the exception of Custom orders, if, upon receipt of an item, you are not 100% satisfied with it for any reason please contact us immediately to let us know. You may return the item (in the same condition as it as we shipped it) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and any paypal fees (buyer pays for shipping and insurance both ways). In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping you agree to fully cooperate in any investigation as well as the filing and processing of the insurance claim. There are NO RETURNS on CUSTOM ORDERS. Some Swords (Katanas, Wakizashi, Tantos) are subject to a restocking FEE if returned. Arizona residents pay 6.9 % sales tax. Please let us know if you are an Arizona resident or if we will be shipping to Arizona when you place your order.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES OR FEES COLLECTED BY THEIR GOVERNMENT ON IMPORTED ITEMS. Please let us know where we will be shipping to when you place your order. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the item they plan on purchasing is Legal in their country before purchasing. The buyer is solely responsible for any loss due to Customs seizure of your item or buyer's failure to pay duties or import fees, and the Buyer hereby agrees that they will receive no refund or compensation from Seller in this event. Do not place an order unless you are ready to pay for it. No item will be reserved for you until payment has been made and Paypal invoices that have not been paid within 24 hours may be cancelled. Your order will only be shipped to your Paypal address of record. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their Paypal address of record is up to date and is the correct shipping address before placing an order. When we ship more expensive items we require a signature for delivery. If you are not home when a delivery is attempted it is your responsibility to either pick up your package at your shipper's local access point or to arrange with shipper for a redelivery when you will be home. All prices may be subject to change and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Occasionally an item may be sold out or unavailable and we reserve the right to cancel any order.
